Do you sell or distribute our address information to any organizations?

We respect your privacy and do not sell or distribute information regarding our customers to any third party. We may contact you from time to time regarding Christian Standard Media products and services or regarding special offers. You always have the opportunity to request that we remove you from our mailing lists.

Do I have to have an account with Christian Standard Media to order from the website?

No, you do not. When ordering online you will establish an account by providing the required information and using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) to place your order. To set up a “Bill me” account with Christian Standard Media, contact Customer Service at 1-800-543-1353 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

I already have an account with Christian Standard Media. Can I use it to order on your website?

All online orders are prepaid with a credit card. We have set up our new shopping cart to attach Web orders to existing accounts where applicable. To place an order on your account, you can type your account number in the Order Notes field, email us at or call 1-800-543-1353 from 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Only Web orders from our current shopping cart system will show up in your online account page. Any questions or concerns please contact our Customer Service Department and our friendly representatives will gladly assist you.

Can we order from you or do we need to get product through a store?

Our products can be purchased online using this website or by calling 800-543-1353. Our products are also available at Christian bookstores and other retailers, including online retailers, where books are sold.

How fast can you ship my order?

Generally, all orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, providing inventory is available and all order information is accurate and complete. We ship via FedEx so a complete shipping address is needed for delivery.

I am looking for an item on your website. Is everything you sell listed on your website?

Our website lists active products available for purchase. An easy way to find an item is to click at the top on Shop, then categories. For the Continental United States, shipping and handling costs are $7.99 on all Web orders.

Can I place an order from outside of the continental United States?
